Elite Precision Quality Management System

Suppliers must uphold a quality management system. This system, either certified or approved through our Supplier Evaluation, must ensure compliance with Purchase Order requirements.

Additionally, suppliers must submit a Supplier Evaluation Form. Note that this requirement is mandated by the Elite Precision CNC, Inc. At a minimum, suppliers must maintain a certified Quality System to retain their status on our Approved Supplier List.

Elite Precision Right of Access

With appropriate notification, we retain the right to inspect products, procedures, and equipment at supplier facilities and sub-tier suppliers. This also applies to customers and regulatory agencies.

Furthermore, acceptance of this order allows our organization, designated representatives, customers, and regulatory authorities to access all involved facilities and related documentation throughout the supply chain.

Elite Precision Flow Down Requirements

Unless specified, interpret specifications as the most current revisions. Customer-specific details will be on the PO and/or drawing.

Furthermore, use customer-designated or approved external providers. Also, flow down applicable requirements to sub-tier suppliers as per the purchasing documents.

Records Retention

Suppliers must retain documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, certifications,  and all inspection documentation for at least seven years. Additionally, these records must be accessible to Elite Precision CNC, Inc. upon request.

Conflict Minerals

Elite Precision CNC, Inc. complies with the Dodd-Frank Act, Section 1502, and will not accept materials designated as “Conflict Minerals.” These minerals originate from regions including the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the adjacent nine countries: South Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Zambia, Angola, Congo, and Central African Republic.

Delivery

The supplier must promptly inform Elite Precision CNC, Inc. of any delays or potential delays in Purchase Order fulfillment.

Suppliers must accompany deliveries with a conformance record, demonstrating compliance with specifications and certifications. This record must include supplier details, purchase order number, date, and part/specification numbers.

Furthermore, suppliers must preserve and handle products using best commercial practices, safeguarding against loss or damage unless specific Elite Precision CNC, Inc. instructions are provided.

Nonconforming Product

In case of nonconforming products, promptly inform our Quality department and seek approval for disposition.

As the customer, our organization reserves the right to reject any product or material not meeting purchase order requirements.

Change Controls (Supplier Changes)

Suppliers lack Material Review Board authority to change product characteristics unless officially revised by Elite Precision CNC, Inc.

They must maintain a change control system to implement modifications according to purchase order requirements. Furthermore, suppliers are obligated to inform Elite Precision CNC, Inc. of any alterations in processes, products, services, supplier changes, or manufacturing facility relocation.

Elite Precision Design Approval

Our organization reserves the authority to approve or specify designs, tests, inspection plans, and critical items, including key characteristics. Furthermore, our organization reserves the right to designate requirements for test specimens for various purposes, such as design approval, inspection, investigation, or auditing.

Requirements for Qualification of Personnel

Qualified personnel must perform special processes as required by this PO. These special processes require periodic validation to ensure ongoing capability. Additionally, records of personnel qualifications and process validations are to be made accessible to Elite Precision CNC, Inc. upon request.

Elite Precision FOD (Foreign Object Damage/Debris) Requirements

Suppliers must possess a fundamental grasp of FOD Prevention. Most importantly, it is essential that suppliers prevent Foreign Object Debris in all parts and materials supplied to Elite Precision CNC, Inc.

Calibration Services

When offering calibration services, you must be an accredited ISO 17025 lab. Also, you must provide calibration certificates traceable to NIST standards. Note that all gauges and measurement equipment sold to Elite Precision CNC, Inc. must have a Certification of Calibration traceable to NIST.

Trade Practices

Suppliers shall refrain from engaging in any illegal, unfair, or deceptive trade practices or unethical business practices. Suppliers shall, at their expense, obtain all permits, licenses, authorizations, and/or certificates that may be required in any jurisdiction or by any regulatory or administrative agency in connection with its activities hereunder. Also, supplier shall ensure that its employees are aware of:

  • their contribution to product or service conformity
  • their contribution to product safety, and
  • their contribution to the importance of ethical behavior

Counterfeit Parts

Suppliers must take measures to prevent counterfeit product risks. Counterfeit items are unlawful or unauthorized reproductions, substitutions, or alterations knowingly mismarked or misidentified. Suppliers of raw materials/components must ensure new and authentic materials/components are used to fulfill POs.
